Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Deliveries Information

Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday), except for national holidays, local holidays and special delivery requests.

When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number to track your shipment. We remind you that it may take up to 24 hours from the moment the email is sent before the package can be traced. 

Please note > Total Delivery Time = Processign Time + Shipping Time 

Delivery times may vary on some occadions, such as during holiday periods.

All orders are shipped with Express Courier Delivery at your Place and are secured. 

COVID-19 EMERGENCY: for further information regarding delivery restrictions and/or delays, we kindly ask you to check the courier company in the received email containing the courier tracking number.

Shipments in Cyprus  >

The orders in Cyprus are delivered within 1-2 working days. It is possible that you pay your order directly at check out card on posedesigns.com (Pre-Paid-Delivery) or either pay the courier upon delivery at place which (Pay-Upon-Delivery), and requires payment of:

  • Pre-Paid-Delivery is Free of charge on all orders.
  • Pay-Upon-Delivery has extra charge of € 5,00 which is paid to the courier upon delivery at your place along with the price of your order.

Shipments in EU Counties >

The order is delivered within 2-3 working days on Express Courier Delivery, and requires payment of:

  • € 15,00 for orders under € 250,00 for Greece.
  • Express Courier Delivery is free for orders over € 250,00 for Greece.
  • € 35,00 for orders under € 300,00 for the rest of EU Countries including Switzerland and Principality of Monaco.
  • Express Courier Delivery is Free for orders over € 300,00 for the rest EU including Switzerlandand Principality of Monaco.
 
Shipments in countries outside the EU >

It is only possible Express Courier Delivery. The order is delivered within 3-4 working days (excluding customs clearance) at a cost that is directly added to the cart.

For such Countries, Express delivery is free for orders over € 500,00.

 

Shipping Disclaimer 

The shipping address of your order must match the site of the country where the order was placed. Orders placed in a country other than the shipping address will be automatically cancelled.

At the time of delivery of products, check that the packaging is intact, and not damaged or altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or mismatch of the number of packages or indications present must be immediately communicated by a specific indication on the delivery document of the product, to be returned to the courier. Any problems related to physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported to our Customer Service within 7 days of receipt.

In case of refusal of shipment or any non-delivery due to reasons not attributable to the Seller (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient, repeated absence of the recipient, non-compliance with customs procedures, etc.), an amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: round-trip shipment, duties and customs costs.

Pricing, Taxes and custom Duties 

All prices as seen include VAT of Cyprus which is 19% upon the value price. All shippings are DAP (Delivery At Place) and already include VAT, no other taxes and import duties are included in the prices as seen. 

Shipments to destinations outside of the European Union are DAP and may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are exclusively at the expense of the recipient, who must pay the amount due to the shipper or competent authorities upon delivery.

 
Returns Information

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item posedesigns.com will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order). 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Discounted items are not eligible for a return.

posedesigns.com will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
